Social Events/Fun Stuff

Each month Team Run Flagstaff offers a chance to get together outside of our workouts. Whether it’s pizza night at Fratelli’s, dropping by the Pay ‘N Take for liquid refreshment, or our annual end of year celebration, it’s always a good time for all.

Races

Team Run Flagstaff encourages its members to take part in the many racing opportunities in Flagstaff and even put on our own event each summer - The Snowbowl Hill Climb

2011 Snowbowl Hill Climb Details:
“This is a 7 mile party all the way to the Agassiz deck of Snowbowl where you’ll join others who have just accomplished what you have: a 2000 foot climb to scenic greatness, food, beer, raffle prizes, cash awards, and the bragging rights that come from standing at 9000 feet knowing you walked or ran to that point! On the way up you’ll not only enjoy aid stations and the camaraderie of other runners, but some of the best views in Flagstaff. Maybe the best thing about running is that speed is a very relative thing, no matter how fast or slow you think you are, a personal triumph can be found in just participating. Like so many of the events in Flagstaff, everyone is welcome. Getting out there and meeting the challenge of Snowbowl Road is a guaranteed way to reach such a triumph, and no matter what that speed ends up being, this is one race where you can be sure when you reach the top you’ll feel so proud to be there.” - Coach Mike Smith
